Raphael (Ruffy) Geminder is Chairman of the Pact Group, a leading Australasian packaging business with a wide range of rigid plastic and metal packaging products. Before he acquired the Pact Group, Ruffy was the co-founder and Chairman of Visy Recycling, which grew to become the largest recycling company in Australia. Ruffy holds an MBA in Finance and was previously a funds broker in New York before immigrating to Australia. Ruffy was appointed Victoria's first Honorary Consul to the Republic of South Africa in July 2006. Ruffy holds a number of other advisory and Board positions.

Tirtadjaja (Tony) Hambali is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dynapack Asia and has been with the company for over 40 years. Since he joined the company in 1979, Tony has expanded Dynapack’s manufacturing footprints from its home market in Indonesia to other Asian countries, including: Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, China and Singapore. Tony was voted Indonesia’s Business Leader of 2005 by CNBC and is also known as "Plastic Man" in Indonesia due to his extensive knowledge and experience in plastic packaging production. Tony graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 1978 with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Nicholas (Nick) Perkins is Managing Director and General Counsel of the Kin Group, a private - Australian based investment office, and has worked in various roles within the Group and its subsidiary businesses since 2003. Nick is currently sitting on the Board of a number of portfolio investments spanning the Kin Group property, packaging, and food portfolios, as well as its US operations. Nick's remit at Kin Group is to constantly review and evolve their structure and approach, and to ensure that the group continues to manage their increasingly diverse portfolio as efficiently and successfully as possible. Nick graduated from the University of Melbourne, with Art and Law Degrees.

Henry is an experienced finance and banking professional with over 20 years of experience in South East Asia. Before joining Dynapack Asia, Henry was the CEO of the Ciptadana Securities, a leading Indonesia’s advisory and securities firm. Prior to Ciptadana, Henry held various roles across different financial institutions, including: Head of Corporate Finance APAC of Raiffeisen Bank International AG and VP of Specialised Lending and Corporate Banking at DBS Bank. Henry holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Banking from the Charles Sturt University in Australia.

Emmeline joined Dynapack Asia in 2012 and has worked in various functions of the Group before becoming the Managing Director of Shared Services. She has extensive experience across different departments, including Sourcing, Human Resources, Strategy, and Information Technology, and now leads these functions under Shared Services. Emmeline is instrumental in the implementation and execution of various strategic initiatives of the Group including the implementation of SAP across the Group and the successful foray into recycling of PET through a joint venture with Coca Cola. Before joining Dynapack Asia, Emmeline worked as a Consultant in Andersen in Sydney, Australia. Emmeline has a BSc in Management from the Caroll School of Management at Boston College, Massachusetts, US.

Bennet is currently leading Dynapack Asia's Industrial Packaging segment. He has been with Dynapack for 15 years through various roles including as the Managing Director of Dynaplast Packaging (Vietnam) Co Ltd and Dynapack Packaging (Vietnam) Co Ltd where he successfully established and grow the Group’s business in Vietnam to become one of the leading plastic packaging producer in the country. In his current role, Bennet is responsible in managing our business in China, Malaysia, and Singapore. Bennett graduated from Cornell University in New York, US, with a BSc in Engineering and an MSc in Biomedical Engineering.

Hasan is currently leading Dynapack Asia's Component business segment. He has contributed significantly to the company's success through his extensive manufacturing industry experience, strengthening and enhancing group operations. Hasan joined the Dynapack Asia Group in July 2008, as the Director of PT Sanpak Unggul, a subsidiary of the group. He exhibited exemplary leadership and management skills, leading the company to increased profitability and market share. In mid-2013, Hasan's responsibilities expanded to include the Component and Industrial Packaging business segment. Before joining Dynapack Asia, Hasan led a garment company for 11 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology from California State University, Chico, US.

Rudy is a distinguished executive with over 34 years of experience in leading global multinational corporations. He currently serves as the leader of the Consumer Packaging business segment at Dynapack Asia, a prominent provider of packaging solutions for various industries. Rudy began his career at General Electric, where he held several executive positions across Asia. He then served as the Managing Director of a plastic manufacturing company, achieving an impressive 20% annual growth rate under his guidance. Rudy also co-founded Mach 7 Technologies, a Singapore-based healthcare software provider, where he won the prestigious 2012 Entrepreneurial Company of the Year Award by Frost and Sullivan. Rudy joined Dynapack Asia in 2013 as the Group Managing Director for the Consumer Packaging business segment, bringing with him extensive knowledge and expertise.

Tomy Aritanto is a highly passionate individual with a keen interest in the latest technological advancements. He holds one of the most exciting positions within the Dynapack Asia Group, where he has been a part of the team since 1990. Throughout his tenure, Tomy has played a pivotal role in providing the company's customers with cutting-edge technology solutions. Prior to his current role as the Group Managing Director of Technology and Innovation, he was responsible for overseeing the construction and management of more than half of the group's operations, including those in Thailand and Vietnam. Tomy holds a degree from Akademi Teknik Mesin Industri, Solo, Indonesia, which he earned in 1990.
